Pembrokshire Coast National Park
Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority is dedicated to conserving and enhancing the natural beauty, wildlife, and cultural heritage of the National Park’s unique landscape, while ensuring its enjoyment for future generations. In line with its commitment to sustainability, the Authority is actively supporting wider climate initiatives, with a strong focus on promoting sustainable tourism.
This includes the installation of 74 electric vehicle (EV) charging points across the Park, developed in partnership with Pembrokeshire County Council (PCC). This initiative not only improves access to the countryside but also encourages environmentally friendly travel for visitors and residents. Working together, we’ve established Pembrokeshire as one of the leading areas in Wales for the availability of EV networks, helping to reduce carbon emissions and support the transition to cleaner transportation.
By offering a reliable and accessible EV charging infrastructure, we aim to make it easier for visitors to explore the area without contributing to air pollution, ensuring that the stunning coastal landscape remains protected for years to come. This effort reflects the Authority’s commitment to climate action while enhancing the enjoyment of the natural environment in a sustainable way.
